I've been going to this Loop since I was a child, and I've always received topnotch, quality service from this location. They've recently renovated it to change the booths and tables, although they took away the large booth in the corner and made one long table instead of multiple smaller ones, which is annoying if you're a slightly larger party and the table is already taken, as you have to split up between the smaller booths. Otherwise the Loop is always a solid place to go for pizza, burgers, chicken sandwiches and salads. I love the bbq bacon chicken sandwich, although the bbq sauce is very hot, so proceed with caution if you don't like spice or heat!
My one complaint has been one I've had for years, (I even boycotted The Loop for a while over it, not even joking haha), and that's the removal of the deep dish pizza. The Loop's deep dish pizza was honestly one of the best pizzas I've had, I would get it every single time we went here. Years ago they decided to go to the thin crust only, and my heart was shattered into a million pieces. I get the thin crust every now and then, but it's just not the same. I don't know why they removed the deep dish pizza, but all I want in life is for them to bring it back. So if anyone is listening, please bring it back! -

Nice and clean, service is above good. Nice place to stop off for quick cup of coffee or something to eat. From hamburgers to pizza. Hamburgers are Excellant I am told. Pizzas look good on the trays as they come by the table. Janice the lady that took our order was so very nice. She smiled a lot and really new how to make a customer feel welcomed. So couldn't beat the service. Maddy gave me some of her fries, a bite or two of the hamburger. Both were just great. So if ya can't beat the service and can't beat the food must be a place to return to!

To celebrate the end of Passover we started our evening here at the loop for pizza. They have a pesto option if you don't like the red sauce which was my preference. The portion I have to say was much smaller than I expected more so for the price. The pesto did not have much flavor and they were very stingy let me rephrase that extremely stingy with the onion and green pepper. Each small slice had ONE small piece of onion and one even smaller piece of bell pepper, if any. That too was a disappointment.

Worst loop in town not the first time. I dread coming here. Not only they did not cook the burger as requested medium well they failed to ask what else can be done to make a right after I returned it and told them I didn't have time to wait for a new burger. Then I had to pull teeth to get my money back. Handicap accessibility just as bad they just did a new remodel and failed repeat failed to make it truly accessible tables for somebody in a wheelchair. Remodel That is a corporate issue there for thumbs down for corporate.
The San Marco location was also remodeled without considering the needs of persons with physical disabilities specially those using wheelchairs -

Had a nice dinner at The Loop on San Jose on Thursday night. The Greek salad, broccoli soup and pizza were very good. Gluten Free burger was great. They need to take a lesson from Jason's Deli on their Gumbo recipe. Not even close. Prices were fair. Good parking. Recommend.
